Promenade Service Apartment

The service apartment are nice because had restaurants, shops and many more. Also near with other like centrepoint, waterfront and many more.

Encounter small rat in the room under bed before checking out. One time only.

- Even it was a renovated apartment into a hotel room but full of privacy.- Can find many foods around (majority Malay foods).- Walking distance to some major malls and location around.

- Signage to find the room not so clear (could be personal problem).

Insyallah will be come again next year and will be book again same place like we did before! My family look so happy with that

i booked twin bed-room, its kin of small but just comfortable to stay

it has no soundproof,

staying on the room with kitchenette 10/10.my first experience on this area 10/10.there's convenience store, laundry, in the area.will absolutely book here again.staff were friendly, communicating through WhatsApp with the staff when asking was my first experience 10/10. perfect except there's no slippers , that's ok tho

The room is spacious and reasonably clean. The 4 blocks of service apartments are centrally located in Kota kinabalu new commercial district, hence it's convenient to go for eateries and shopping.The wifi strength is good. Housekeeping and toiletries are normaly replenish fairy promptly upon request.

The towels initially provided were quite old and not bleached. Upon request, they provided cleaner/ newer quality towels for our use. We have waited more than an hour in a couple of time for the housekeeping to do cleaning and replenish drinking water.Our apartment was facing the main highway and there were very loud/ noisy motor cycles speeding along the highway even until 2-3am, and affected our sleep.

Very spacious family room. Easy to get food stall all surrounded.

Everything very good, very nice , very chef kiss , have tissue hell yeah, Aircon very cold I'm freezing good too, would come again trust.

The toilet door isn't door-ing ( the door of the toilet is broken, can't lock) , not gonna lie I thought the tv would work . The Aircon remote didn't work when I tried to not make the room too cold ??

Dislike the smell in room, like drainage or toilet smell, which was noticeable when entering the room.

1) The location: It just walking distance each of the places ie Gaya Street, Center Point, Philippines Market and shop lots. 2) Room: It was okay, just the bathroom door they need to fix it. It was not properly fixed. You need to fix this before the guest(s) coming. Owh ya, the room located at the 1st floor and u need to go by staircase if you choose normal room (no Kitchenette and window)3) Cleanliness: the room was okay, comfy, large queen bed, clean and got hair dryer too.4) Amenities: surrounding with other shops ie 99 Speed Mart, mamak Stall, reflexing massage, etc

So far nothing much. Just the hotel needs to fix the bathroom door and checking every room and fix whatever is necessary.

The staff was excellent, very helpful n friendly . Lots of food places, the shopping malls all within walking distance. McDonald’s, 7/11, Pizza Hut were all near to Promenade. Enjoyed our stay n will book again

The apartment was spacious, I know Malaysia is tropical but there were roaches in the apt. When I told the staff they took care of it

Family Room very nice and big space... Hope nextime can staff cleaner make the room give spray fresh air like perfume room... Please take noted...

Please check the aircond first before guest checkin room because sleep tonight after that wake up morning the aircond there is a leak... Please staff technichian take noted what guest complain...

Spacious room.

Not so clean, have unpleasant smell but not sure where (dusty smell). The shower is very hard to on/off. The water is also slow.

Lots of shops nearby..eateries, convenience stores, laundromat

Dah berkali kali dtg ..servis semakin baik..everything is great..staff ,room ,parking..

Keluar lift tulah ada bau sampah ..syg jer menganggu mood...

Room clean enough. Convenient to walk around and stroll the city.

The flooring was like made of wood. Creaked every time someone walked on it.

The place is so smelly and scary especially at night. I don't like it since I'm a solo traveler.
